NatWest Payment Exploration
Simplifying payments is the name of the game.
Here is an exploration I did while working on the NatWest mobile banking app. We were looking at combining the ability to pay someone via their telephone number with the regular payments journey. Users weren’t fully aware this was possible.
In the end it wasn’t technically possible to combine these features for varies reasons. That’s how it goes sometimes. It can be frustrating when the UX is restricted by technical limitations but you’ve just got to do the best with what you have.
