Material Version - Podcast App Concept

In the previous iteration of this podcast app I was using the macOS human interface guidelines, but with this version I wanted to explore Google's Material interface guidelines.

I took some liberties with the Material guidelines but stuck with the Roboto font, the Material icon set and some other common Material conventions.

Some new elements that are in this design and not in the macOS version are the left nav and the recently listened to list below the left nav.

This exercise taught me a lot about the detailed differences between designing for macOS and designing for Material.
