UX Prototyping for CRATE

These high-fidelity prototypes were conceived to hide all the flashy eye-catching UI from the work and be deliverable focused solely on the ongoing process from behind the curtain.

CRATE is an online platform meant to revolutionize e-commerce through its strategy and process in production and acquisition of urban, office and voyage leather bags.

For ease of use and a flawless acquisition process - this project required that its products be braked down into typologies (of leather bags).

This, as a result, has deemed necessary the craftsmanship of unique icons that would be everpresent through-out the process.

These icons represent the different typologies of bags and they evolve one from one-another as the process advances.

This map highlights the process - of involvement of the user into crafting a personalized item (leather bag) excellently suited for their own need.

This concept aims at tackling consumerism by educating the consumer into acquiring essential items, tailored to their needs and identities.

As the process ideated had seen success in all research trials conducted (in qualitative environments), the ideation of the rough draft of this process had also generated in its exploration of the current consumer issues the first prototypes.
