Chinese Storied Pavilion

I conducted visual research on types of Chinese architecture, and began sketching on paper visual ideas. Getting the hang of drawing the rooflines took quite a bit of practice. Once I finally got a design on paper, I transferred it over to the computer where I carefully implemented the line art details. Using Figma, I could more easily keep my lines organized. While it's not as robust as Illustrator, it's quite a bit simpler to manage in complex illustrations. Overall, very happy! I wonder what impressions it might make. I want to visit China someday to see this type of architecture in person.
