Idea & Innovation Management Platform for Business

Hi!  I want to show you today my new project from the sphere of Idea & Innovation Management.

The main idea was to make the home page friendly and enjoyable for users, which would help company employees publish their ideas, compete with colleagues and hunt for big cash prizes. All this directly increases the advantages of the company in using such a service.

On the main screen, I placed filters for quick and easy sorting of posted ideas. Three main filters – date, status, and department are available in one click, and all other advanced filters were hidden in the “More filters” button, which allowed significantly to relieve the screen.

Below, in the format of Reddit posts, ideas are published. Employees can vote for them by clicking on the arrows. Categories and cash rewards are also visible. User pics show the author and addressee of the idea.

On the right, I put the top authors and statistics, which should motivate people to compete and get into the top. Statistics is intended to show the efficiency of the system.
