Customer journeys

Few examples from a visual journey map I did while working at Qliro. Product owners wanted to visualize at what moment it could promote - being more effective - the new Loans’ service to the customers. Based on the quantitative data we had and inviting customers for interviews, we created some profiles and assumptions to test going further.
