A 4-course system was designed based on oriental food, mainly Japanese, which provides better organization when serving and carrying food, thus creating practicality at the customer's table.
The design integrates the essence of Japanese food through polished lines, organic shapes and sobriety in the structure; all these characteristics established with colors will help to highlight the presentation and with this the food on the plate.
