Book a room - various times

With Envoy Rooms, you can schedule meetings in your calendar, or book impromptu meetings right from the meeting room kiosk or mobile app.

We initially built impromptu meetings with a quick, single action CTA that booked a room for 30min by default. After surfacing some great feedback from our customers, we learned that many of them wanted the ability to book impromptu meeting rooms for varying amounts of time. We learned that when users were booking these ad hoc meetings they were doing so for several different reasons based on the type of employee and purpose of the meeting.
