Deal Flow: Relative increased velocity (various)
TCV Closed & Revenue: Strong increase YOY, margins exceeded forecasts/expected revenues
Work In Progress, HP
Product Management: Chatbot for sales operations legal contracts, pricing, etc
Global Systems Design: Using the new tool I product managed as the “hinge” (see next bullet), created a new global system with new inter-operational business systems across a dozen internal business units inside HP - using Team of Teams (ToTs) as the framework
Completed Work, HP
Product Management: An interactive “Tableau-like" tool for financial data for the business; the tool required I conduct an end-to-end overhaul of the data architecture (nearly complete)
BizOps & Strategy Execution: I created half a dozen ToTs - used Agile to manage some of these - to manage the whopper work loads dictated by unpredictable deal flow / timelines
