One more shot from the Columbus story.
As mentioned earlier, the Columbus expedition brought dangerous for the native people diseases, which took a huge number of lives. According to some reports, among them were plague, smallpox, yellow fever, malaria, typhoid, tuberculosis, cholera, and many others. I think that the natives would surely be happy to be quarantined for survival. So you, too, shouldn't risk in vain. Stay home.
