Fasten iOS App

Fasten used to be an American transportation network company based in Boston. With 1.1 million downloads of its mobile app since the launch Fasten was a significant company on the ride-hailing market competing Uber and Lyft. It operated in Boston and Austin, with over 50,000 monthly active customers using the company's mobile app to request rides.

I joined Fasten to lead both marketing and product design activities and worked on the complete mobile app overhaul (both Android and iOS), website redesign, identity system development, and numerous marketing campaigns.

Here are some screens of the app — redesigned for a simple, friendly (company’s slogan was “People first. Rides in seconds”) and clean flow of the ride request and the trip itself.
