WIP brand redesign – Touches 30th anniversary

WIP for an international chilean chef that makes social and corporate events. For the 30th anniversary of his brand, the chef wanted to give a new look to his brand that represent his chilean roots and get appealed by his customers (which are usually wealthy people or corporations). So for this concept I went for a premium / luxury feel, and complemented with a copper gradient color to represent the chilean roots as a strong variable in the brand. What do you think?
