DAY 17 - Stretch and exercise

It is quite hard to do some sport now, especially if you are in quarantine and living in small flat. So you should consider some home exercises like push ups, sit ups and many more, internet is full of it right now. But, I think even more important is to do some stretching now especially if you are sitting most of the day. I think many people don't do it because it is painful, uncomfortable, you need to be patient and persistent to achieve some results. And that is hard. Maybe it is time to start today. And continue every other day. Start to work on your own body and eventually other aspects of your life will get better too. Stay positive.

If you can, stay home. If you have to go out, wear mask, keep 2 meters distance from others. Don't touch your face, wash your hands carefully. Call your relatives and friends. Help your elder neighbours if they need to but try to avoid any contact.
