Honesty. Why is it important?

Apart from the general importance of honesty, it is especially important in the design world to show a true picture of ourselves and our knowledge and skills. We must always strive to say exactly who we are, what we are, what we do and what our value is. Misrepresentation of ourselves and our capabilities can be seen as dishonesty, and thus we lose our clients and our credibility.

Sometimes we have to rely on our intuition. If we think something is too big or too difficult for us, we must accept it as it is. On the other hand, if we have a phenomenal idea that no one has implemented yet, and are convinced that it will be a full blow, we should grab the opportunity! 💪

Working with others requires that there be a certain amount of trust between all participants, support and fellowship. 🤝❤️
