Sift & Gather Signage: Hand Painted on Glass

Handpainted signage on glass for Sift & Gather Cake Studio by Amber Markland. When Amber Markland reached out to me to paint her signage, I was so ecstatic. I had always wanted to paint large signages/mural especially for small businesses. This is also the first time I’ve ever painted on glass surface. I painted this large signage during a snow storm in Seattle, in our 600sqft apartment with my trusty art critic, Jasper Aidan. It was so much fun. Amber gave me all the creative freedom to explore and it was really lovely to be working with her.

This sign is currently hanging in her shop in Olympia, WA where she makes amazingly tasty AND beautiful cakes.
