Irava new website

It's time to update my website and this is what I like most from my previous attempts. Every time I want to redesign it I end up with a version I like only for a week or so. So I have to act fast :). Maybe it's a designer thing, I don't know.
The fact is right now I'm looking for a PSD to HTML service provider to handle the slicing and make it responsive and add some jQuery. Can anyone point me some? If you do, have you worked with them, are they serious?
