ChilliBeans email marketing campaign redesign.

ChilliBeans is one of the biggest fashion brands in Brazil. ChilliBeans creates and trades sunglasses, watches, accessories.

My participation in the project.
Research, Ideation, Creative concepts, design, creative writing, UX basic principles for weekly email marketing campaigns.

Key creative points.
The objective was creating a more interactive user experience and a cleaner and more organized layout.

I suggested a cleaner structure as primary navigation with voice search, facial recognition and lots of interaction and information when the user chooses one product to take a look at. For example 3D animated illustration for product descriptions and prices, technical /special information, virtual mirror, an online fashion stylist to help people to choose the best products for their style and more.etc.

For offline customer experience, I would suggest a safe system where people could try products for one week before buying. They could post a video on the ChilliBeans website to talk about their experience and the link would be available in email marketing weekly campaigns.
