Illustration was done for blog around how giving instant feedback to your team member might hurt his/her performance. Loved the article. While creating this illustration my focus was on to highlight the chaos and pressure one might feel while receiving feedback from everyone around. Highlighting the fact that person might not be in best place or mindset to process everything.
