Dark iPad navigation

Refreshed the navigation and icons.

This is my first attempt at creating my own icons. Nothing too ground breaking here but it was a really fun to put together.

The icons are based on a 24px grid (I wasn't confident enough to try 16px icons just yet).

I really happy with how these ones came out:

- Strategy (knight)
- Filter
- Import/Export
- Edit
- Capabilities (key)
- Payments (credit card)
- Health
- Monitor
