Man's Shirt Configurator - Step 3

It the original website, most of the steps were about choosing the kind of collar, cuffs and other components you wanted for your shirt. While I decided to compile all of them together, I also felt that I should add some more information about which version of each you should chose. During research I found out that getting service at the physical store was much more informative because of the tailor's advice. So I decided to bring some of that into the interface.
