Mobile App Covid-19 | Medical Form App

Hello guys,

As the Covid-19 started to ramp up in Portugal, I was tasked to craft an experience to tackle a few problems:

- Create awareness around the new Covid-19
- Reduce stress on medical infrastructure
- Reduce stress on emergency phone lines by giving people direct advice of what to do
- Provide real WHO certified advice
- Track your symptom evolution
- Be usable by the entire population of Portugal
- Easy to implement in Outsystems

I decided to make the first experience super conversational and one step at a time rather than overwhelming the person with 27 questions and respective inputs.

There's more to this app and I'll share it over the next few days.

Note: The whole thing was done over a single weekend and is only in Portuguese. (Strategising, designing UI and Illustrations). Also pardon the super fast video. Had to fit it all in 24 seconds. Big version in download section 😊
