HiFive Visual System
Happy Friday! I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy out there! ♥ Taken that I live in NYC where the COVID spread is over the top, I've managed to find time in-between my busy schedule to reflect back on some work from last year during my home office isolation. Here is another teaser showing some bits and pieces from a 4-month design sprint last summer.
HiFive is a micro-bit PCB board inspiring a young audience to get educated on how to program for the internet of things. The product ecosystem is an innovative next-generation sandbox for parents that wants their child to get a head start on understanding what the internet of things is, and how it can be used in the future.
Partnering with BBC's Doctor Who Series Season 11 as a marketing channel combining gamified and relevant e-learning content was a big part of the visual communication language, that was built from scratch.
The project included a complete visual ecosystem from industrial design, OOBE packaging, branding, photography, interactive designs, and other marketing material.
