Travel Advisor Dashboard (Agent page)

Hello! 👋

Continuing from the same challenge on my previous post, this is the second dashboard page I designed to cater to individual "Agents" page that allows a manager to track, compare and analyze agents in a more detailed manner.

Some of the data a manager should be able to have access to are:

1. Average response time and average satisfaction score (as I think that these elements give the manager a more valuable insight into the agent's progress as a whole)

2. The manager also able to choose/filter the "desired" metrics manager deem "important" against the "total number of chats/calls" over a period of time. (This was imparted only because I wanted flexibility in choosing metrics as different managers and companies "prioritize different things". For example: If you have a fastest rate of response time overall but have a lower number of chats/ calls - does it mean is it successful/ "met targets"? Well, depends, right?)

3. Manager can also choose and compare different metrics from two different time periods. (i.e Bottom section allow Manager to view average response time against the number of chats and calls from the last 7 days to perhaps, "last month")
