We've extended our focus, moving from the food itself to the whole Sushi Today experience: food (sushi), feel and interact in an Asian traditional way (chopsticks), environment (Asian style interior decorations represented in here by the bamboo). The whole concept leads the viewer in the clear direction of a restaurant while also suggesting him the Asian specific of both the cuisine and location.
