    Raizes is a World Music festival conceived by Zō Centro Culture Contemporanee of Catania (IT).

    "Raizes" is a Portuguese word that means "roots". Hence the idea of using the typography to represent it. As the roots plunge in the soil, so the descendent strokes of the letter push themself below the base line.
