Aligning with the latest market and technology trends, AUB is embarking on the digitization opportunities to further increase its market position by re-inventing customer processes/products across multiple Channels. Using BPM driven process(s), AUB envisions the adoption of digitized Customer Onboarding as a key part of the AUB Group Digital Transformation strategic initiative(s) which will foster and promote future innovation overall onboarding processes and customer servicing enhancements. A solution is required to standardize the customer onboarding process and present a unified platform for users across bank involved departments and across the AUB group to allow for standardization of customer service levels. This should also allow AUB to strengthen its compliance associated elements to meet regulatory requirements across different operating jurisdictions.
