The Phi-Dels

Does this look 60s? My father in-law was in a few bands in the 60s, none of which really had much of a visual identity, so I'm trying to come up with a design that looks 60's pop-rock-ish (or something along those lines). The final product will be printed on a shirt for him for father's day.
