B!

Well, working with EVA foam is humbling. While it has a pleasant look and feel, it doesn’t recover from boo-boos particularly well, and it is a BUMMER to hand-cut tiny bits from. Tracing out the counters (aka the B holes) had to be done after lining the inside of the wee space with a layer of foam (oops, realized that one the hard way) and ultimately required dragging a needle around the edge of the gaps. Real fussy. Fortunately, the uppercase alphabet front-loads most of these particular itty bitty headaches. 👍

Process shots.
