In other words -> DEADLINE. ⏰
Sometimes this term can sound repellent, especially when you have a lot of things to work on. But, time creates just enough pressure to get us moving. It makes us really focused and efficient until we complete our task. In order to avoid a meltdown that we often see around us, we need to make a good plan.

Why is time important? ⏳

We all have different working conditions, are in a different financial situation, have a different environment and resources. But TIME is the only resource that is the same for all of us. We all have only 24h per day. It is up to us to spend that time in the best way we can.

Start with everyday simple tasks. Do you really have to watch that tv show now? Does your morning routine really need to last that long?

Keep track of what you’re spending your time on, and look for ways to keep doing the important things, and spend less time on the other stuff, but try not to burry yourself in responsibilities. 🤗
