Undercut

Progress is progress. Inked this creep in. People think this part of drawing is easy, just tracing over the lines and finishing it off before adding colour. For me, Inking is probably my favourite part of making work, it’s about going steady, refinement, taking the time, decision making with instinct and assess all the lines and shapes before committing to the stroke. It’s also a very meditative zen place I go to where everything slips away. Ultimate productive escapism. 🏃‍♀️ If you have a zen place you go to when you do something, be it a hobby, sport, eating rice crispies one at a time, it’s so good for your mental well being. I’d highly recommend daily practice, keeps you up and high on life. High fives for life!
