In times like these i remind myself to clear the mind of unnecessary, all that no longer serves me and bring my focus on the vital. I found that a strong and balanced mental state has an enormous positive impact on my physical well-being. It's an aspect of life far too easy to forget with all the distractions in our daily lives. ⁠
