Vestal

Since last year I've been working with my good friends on a new restaurant concept going in downtown LaFayette, Louisiana. Vestal was started by chef Ryan Trahan late last year, and plans to open to the public later this Summer.

Pictured above are some of the brand assets and the newly letterpress-printed business cards I knocked out for the Vestal team. Thanks to my bud Max Koch for the amazing job printing and assembling these 2ply cards.

Vestal derives from the ancient Greek myth of Vestalia and the story of it's sacred fire offerings. The mark was influenced by the story of ancient goddess Vesta, and the constellation's "V" shape.

It's been inspiring project to work on with Ryan, interior designer and stylist Amanda Medsger, and architect Brinn Miracle. A huge thanks to the team who's helping put this project in motion. Eager and excited to show more soon.
