The Systems Thinking & Sustainable Design Handbook

Just finished & published my Capstone thesis project, which I've been working on for the last year. It's a guide to using systems thinking frameworks to create and consume products more sustainably. I dig into why 'organic' products aren't always better, how we can create more effective behaviour change by studying forest fires, and how the bill of a kingfisher inspired the design of the Japanese Shinkansen. The handbook dives into anthropology, linguistics, cybernetics, and more, in an effort to show how cross-disciplinary thinking can help to solve our biggest, hardest problems. Stoked with the project, and would love to hear your thoughts!
