I know I'm biased as an SF native, but the california coast can't be beat... as I was trying to write this, I ended up on my recommendations google doc for 1.5 hours looking at all the amazing places I've been fortunate enough to experience along the golden coast & adding stops I missed cataloging. just extended my work day. oof.
