CRM/ERP mix solution was for the chain of dental clinics with custom permissions and the ability to add new clinics and users. With ordering, inventory management and returning systems, also, it has a database of vendors with a price comparison function. Each clinic can fill out a purchase application and track its status from emails (from vendor) which are transported to the app and address some issues. Besides, it has billing/payment systems + dashboards with analytics and the ability to check inventory and orders for all chains at once (with search).
