TeamSourcer: Dashboard Screen for Applicant Tracking Software

Yesterday my colleague @Adam posted his first Dribbble post and today it's my turn 😀

I present you a the tool TeamSourcer which is an Applicant Tracking SaaS to attract candidates, nurture your company's talent pool and make smart hiring decisions.

It's a user-friendly recruitment and employer branding ATS. TeamSourcer allows to manage multiple hiring processes and all in 1 platform. It will become a full-blown ATS that is extremely powerful but feels on the other hand very simple to use. The company will be able to focus on employer branding and improve the experience of his candidates.

A big UI and also UX challenge was to make the design serve both the recruiting team and the applicants and we managed to find this sweet spot! 😀 ⚖️

We aim that the product will be widely in use in many organizations and markets.
