Nike Valet
When I worked at Nike I was the only designer embedded on a team of amazing software developers. I started off as the mobile designer and eventually grew to the design / product manager.
I designed and helped develop software for the Nike Sports Research Lab (NSRL), that aided in data collection, management, and analysis of their elite athletes. I designed 4 digital tools that would build up to create the Path of the Athlete experience.
I lead meetings with key stakeholders, ensuring that they meet the stated objectives and stay on agenda. I executed the strategy and vision for various NSRL projects, as well as owned the following deliverables: conceptual models, personas, scenarios, user journeys/flows, wireframes, and interface designs.
With my team's contribution, NSRL researchers were able to check athletes into the lab with ease, take them through the lab tests more efficiently, collect their data without struggling with archaic test technology, easily export and share the data, analyze it in-situ, create internal reports, and manage all the athlete information in a central repository.
