DAY 1 - Start a journal

We will start easy, and stay quite conservative, it is a first day after all.
I think it is the best time to start a journal today, if you haven't already.
Studies show that starting a journal has really positive impact on your mental well being and it can be a great tool for self-improvement.
I would strongly recommend doing it offline - get a nice notebook and pen and write something down. You can do in on your phone or laptop too.
Reflect on your day, brainstorm, ask questions, make plans and stay positive.
There are many useful tips on the internet so do your research if you don't feel confident starting from scratch.
But as a journal is highly personal item, I would say the best thing is to just start right away and do it your own way.
After all a journal serves for reflecting your days and your life, so day by day you will find your routine and what serves you best.
And it is always great to go back in time and see how much you grew as a person, how changed the journal appearance, the length of text or thoughts you wrote down.
Don't put too much pressure on you, just write a few sentences today, how it is to be at home, what you enjoyed today.
Keep writing every day. -
Are you going to start a journal or are you writing a journal already? Let me know and share some tips if you want.

If you can, stay home. If you have to go out, wear mask, keep 2 meters distance from others.
Don't touch your face, wash your hands carefully. Call your relatives and friends.
Help your elder neighbours if they need to but try to avoid any contact.
