Triplebyte Candidate Profile: This is a design that we revamped a while ago. As candidates go through the process (Quiz & technical interview), we analyze their strengths and organize the data into this card-based design.

During Triplebyte’s screening process we assess candidates’ technical abilities across a variety of topics and skillsets. The candidate profile tells companies which track the candidate took and which technologies they used, all in addition to where qualified candidates’ particular strengths lie.
Also, it gives companies insight into what is most important to the candidate in their next role and company. It helps companies assess fit and how likely they might be to accept an offer.
