COVIDA-19 | An app concept to help people right now

I idealize an app where people could not only follow the news and count the cases, but also find people nearby who are offering help, see which establishments they are serving and their schedules, as well as guidelines for visiting the physical location, facilitate contacting people via whatsapp, and most importantly, being able to see on the map the areas that are most suspicious of cases, and confirmed cases, and also being able to report to health if you are experiencing any of the symptoms.
