Grandmother

1 Hour Logo Challenge #2 Grandmother

Imagine a brand named "Grandmother" 😂
After all, I got this word from a random word generator. Stunned with what I got for 5 seconds, I accepted the challenge anyways. Guess I tried too hard connecting the word and the actual meaning of the word, but I still wanted to make an attempt to kind of exude the warmth and friendliness of a typical grandma with a soft smile from the letter "e" and the overall rounded character details.

Upon seeing the design, Hitesh was immediately turned to the letter "t" as it seemed out of place and would need adjustments to its height to match the others. Similar to my previous design, Bookworm, the brand name also wouldn’t come out well when scaled down due to the colours. He did remark that it looked cute, although it won’t work as an icon either as "and" would be more prominent than the word "grandmother" itself.

Well, I have to accept that this was what I could come up with within an hour and live with it 🤷‍♀️😂
