Simplified CRM User Interface

I'm currently working with a team to develop a CRM tool for small business management. In my experience with CRMs, they tend to follow a single layout and UI in almost every case. I wanted to explore other possibilities in how a CRM can be experienced with more clarity and simplicity. Does this design seem refreshing? Let me know your thoughts in the comments!
