An other Hungarian Ignaz Semmelweis realized how important to wash the hands. He proposed the practice of washing hands in 1847. He published a book of his findings in Etiology, Concept and Prophylaxis of Childbed Fever. Semmelweis's has so many conflict with his collagues and his ideas were rejected by the medical community!
