The WHOOP Journal
We’ve been working on an exciting new feature for WHOOP that launched just at the right time. With the new overview screen and the customizable WHOOP Journal, Members can log specific behaviors in the WHOOP app to receive actionable feedback on how these behaviors impact sleep, recovery and overall performance.
With the addition of COVID-19 to The Journal, WHOOP is working to create an anonymous dataset for before, during, and after infection. WHOOP plans to share the learnings with the WHOOP community and the community at large in order to better understand this pandemic.
Members fill out their Journal each day, WHOOP stores this information and gives a summary at the end of the month within the Monthly Performance Assessment. Members can see how these behaviors correlate to changes in sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and more, helping them to make smarter lifestyle choices.
