BRIDGEGOOD Success Story
BRIDGEGOOD, funded by Google.org and the Golden State Warriors, is a nonprofit design studio dedicated to helping under-represented designers succeed in tech. During my UX Apprenticeship, I dedicated 250 hours to learning UX methodologies and creating responsive wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for web, mobile, and tablet.
With direction from the Product Lead, we discovered that BRIDGEGOOD is currently focused on the retention and engagement components within the HEART framework for user happiness.
We identified potential to promote retention and engagement within an existing blurb on how one BRIDGEGOOD Creative achieved professional success. This feature was not fully built out nor easily discoverable on the site in its current state.
Our solution was to build out the Success Story into a robust full-page feature and highlight it on both the homepage and Testimonials page.
