Ninjodo CRM onboarding client journey
First project with the ninjodo product design after brand identity refresh was the user onboarding experience. Did some research on best practice and current user's reaction to the old vs new interface. Including completed and empty states where set up is required, and offering help where suitable with video and help centre, online chat.
Making the steps clear and simple for those who have never used a CRM before, yet accomodate experienced users so that they have the option to move on quickly.
Another play on the brand, we looked into using the belt ranks to provide a sense of achievement in the illustrations of the boy and girl as they progress in the initial set up. Since we have businesses courses available, it might be a good introduction to that as well.
