It's OK to FEEL coloring book - 1
Sometimes you need a reminder that it's OK to feel your feelings. Practicing responsible isolation can make processing feelings and emotions even more difficult for kids (and adults). To help in my own small way, I made this downloadable coloring book to remind us:
It's OK to feel silly,
It's OK to feel scared,
It's OK to feel bored, and
It's OK to feel lonely.
When you know how you feel, everything becomes clear.
