Originally... opening day was scheduled early this year. That has changed dramatically in the last week. Which is crazy. But this delayed start got me thinking about warmer weather, and... America’s favorite past time. What I love about baseball is less about the game and more about the nostalgia and tradition tied to it. Everything from the ceremonial first pitch, to the 7th inning stretch. The walk up songs to the walk-off home runs. And of course, who could forget the peanuts and Cracker Jacks. It’s purely American. But can we take a moment to recognize the stadium beer vendors? You know, the guys that tramp up and down hundreds of flights of stairs with 50 pounds of beer and ice hanging from their neck? It’s heroic. These are the things I focus in on 🤷‍♂️
