API Documentor

I needed some way to document an API I had built, but I couldn't find anything suitable that would create what I needed. I thought about using a customised CMS, but that sounded like more trouble than it was worth.

Instead I opted to build a small simple CMS, with no other function than to document APIs, there is an admin section and there is the display section where you can see added documentation. Hopefully this will help others who need a simple solution for API documentation.
