No. 10 — Zaha (Hadid) — In Memoriam

A legendary #nametoframe is renowned architect Zaha Hadid. She was the first woman to receive the Pritzker Prize of Architecture. Out of all her outstanding works, she designed only one government building, the Port Authority of the Antwerp, recently completed here in Belgium. It was one of the last works of Hadid, who passed away in 2016, the year it opened. The square in front of the building was renamed to honor her .

Since my early studies in architectural drawing I’ve been extremely fascinated by her iconic work. It’s there and in her description by @guardian as the "Queen of the curve" that I found inspiration for these letter shapes .
